Summary:
Our client is a Europe-based real estate agency that specializes in the sale and letting of residential and commercial real estate with a proven track record of success in the local market. They are seeking a talented and creative individual to join the team in a role that combines content creation and social media management, with a strong focus on digital marketing. He / she must possess strong design skills and expertise in running paid social and digital ad campaigns. He / she will create high-quality, visually engaging content and effectively manage all social media channels, while also driving growth through targeted ads across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Design:
- Create visually appealing and engaging content (photos, videos, graphics) that showcases our travel experiences, destinations, and brand.
- Develop compelling stories and narratives that resonate with our target audience, particularly in the travel space.
- Design and produce high-quality graphics and visual assets for social media, websites, and marketing materials.
- Ensure that content and design align with overall branding and marketing strategies.
Social Media Management: Platforms - Instagram, Facebook , Tiktok and Whatsapp
- Manage and monitor daily activities on our social media platforms, including posting, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
- Plan and manage social media content calendars, ensuring a consistent posting schedule.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, followers, and engagement.
- Analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize future strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our social media presence remains fresh and relevant.
Paid Advertising & Digital Marketing:
- Run paid social media advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Expertise in managing Facebook and Instagram advertising, including targeting, retargeting, and audience segmentation.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads and other PPC platforms to drive traffic and conversions.
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of paid campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize ROI.
- Develop and execute targeted ad campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team to promote specific vacation offerings.
Community Management
1. Engage and Build Relationships: Actively interact with guests across all platforms, including WhatsApp, by responding to questions, feedback, and fostering meaningful discussions in real-time.
2. Monitor and Manage Guest Feedback: Track brand mentions, reviews, and feedback from guests on social media and messaging platforms like WhatsApp, ensuring timely responses and resolution of issues.
3. Foster a Positive Guest Community: Develop strategies to create an inclusive and respectful environment where guests feel valued, across all channels, including WhatsApp groups.
4. Organize Guest Engagement Activities: Plan and facilitate online events, Q&A sessions, and interactive activities within social media platforms and WhatsApp, maintaining high engagement and participation from guests.
5. Provide Platform-Specific Insights: Analyze engagement metrics across different platforms, including WhatsApp, and provide actionable insights to shape marketing strategies and content tailored to guest needs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in content creation, design (portfolio required), and social media management, within the travel industry (Essential).
- Demonstrated expertise in running paid ads on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Proficiency in Google Ads and other PPC platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices for organic and paid growth.
- Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
- Excellent visual storytelling, design, and writing skills.
- Photography skills and an eye for creating travel-related content.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
- Passion for travel and an understanding of the unique needs of Muslims on vacation.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay: ₦150,000.00 - ₦200,000.00 per month
