We are a dynamic publishing company seeking a results-oriented Education Sales Representative to promote and sell our Common Entrance preparation book to primary schools across Oyo State.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with school decision-makers, conducting school visits, driving book adoption, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and visit primary schools within assigned territory.
Meet with head teachers, school proprietors, and curriculum coordinators to promote the company’s book.
Present the value and content of the book convincingly, including its alignment with national curriculum or examination standards.
Distribute sample copies and sales materials to schools.
Secure adoption agreements or purchase orders from schools.
Build and maintain relationships with school contacts for follow-up and long-term partnerships.
Report daily/weekly activities, leads, school feedback, and adoption status.
Collaborate with the sales team and provide feedback to the publishing unit for product improvement.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Number of schools visited per week/month
Number of schools adopting the book
Lead conversion rate
Customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements:
Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Education, Marketing, English, or related field).
1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or teaching—experience with schools is a major advantage.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Confidence, professionalism, and persuasive ability.
Ability to work independently, travel frequently, and meet sales targets.
Good knowledge of the educational system and school calendar in your region.
Must own a smartphone.

Pay: ₦70,000.00 - ₦100,000.00 per month
