Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and personable Outreach & Client Acquisition Specialist to help us identify, engage, and convert pastors and public speakers into long-term clients. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive in networking, and is confident in pitching value-aligned services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and build a list of prospective clients (pastors, speakers, ministries) through research and online tools
- Conduct cold and warm outreach via WhatsApp, email, and social media (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Communicate the value of our services clearly and persuasively
- Schedule and conduct follow-up conversations or virtual meetings with interested leads
- Maintain a simple CRM or lead tracker to monitor outreach progress and conversions
- Work closely with the content and production team to hand off confirmed clients for onboarding
- Collaborate on improving outreach scripts and refining our client acquisition strategy
- Occasionally assist with sharing testimonials and success stories online (optional)
Qualifications
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Proficiency in customer service and community outreach
- Experience in conducting detailed research
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience in the transcription or publishing industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
