• Supervise and lead cleaning teams across multiple client sites
• Plan, organize, and oversee daily field operations in line with industry best practices
• Conduct training and refresher sessions for housekeepers and field staff to maintain quality standards
• Follow up on client inquiries and actively support business development initiatives
• Build strong relationships with staff and clients, with a focus on upselling services where appropriate
• Ensure seamless and efficient execution of all operational activities
• Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment and foster a culture of collaboration
