Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Officer to oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operational activities of our fashion business. You will be instrumental in ensuring that production, inventory, logistics, and retail processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across production, inventory, order processing, and retail activities.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking efforts with procurement and warehouse teams.
- Support production planning and ensure timely delivery of collections and merchandise.
- Liaise with vendors, fabric suppliers, and third-party logistics to ensure on-time delivery and quality compliance.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards across all touchpoints.
- Generate operational reports and track KPIs to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to improve customer experience.
- Identify process bottlenecks and suggest data-driven improvements.
- Assist with onboarding and training of staff in standard operating procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 2–4 years’ experience in operations (preferably in fashion, retail, or manufacturing).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Working knowledge of inventory systems, order fulfillment processes, and vendor management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic ERP tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
