Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:00AM – 5:30PM)
Job Summary:
Our client, a fast-growing solar energy company in Enugu, is hiring a results-driven Operations Manager to oversee project execution, ensure efficient workflow, manage personnel, and drive the company's operational goals across functions. The ideal candidate must be proactive, process-oriented, and experienced in managing teams in a technical or energy-related environment.
Requirements:
- BSc/HND in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in operations or project management, preferably in the energy or solar industry
- Proven leadership and people management experience
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project tracking tools
- Strong understanding of solar energy operations is a plus
