Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: Sangotedo, Lagos
(Ideal candidates should reside in or around Chevron, Ajah, or Sangotedo)
Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦250,000 per month
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Manager to take charge of business operations and lead a team in a structured corporate environment. This is a leadership position, not administrative or executive assistant-related. The ideal candidate should have prior managerial experience within a corporate setting and be results-driven.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate daily operations across all relevant departments
- Develop and implement business strategies and internal processes
- Supervise and mentor team members to boost productivity and engagement
- Monitor performance metrics and ensure KPIs are met
- Manage client relationships and ensure top-quality service delivery
- Handle reporting, budgeting, and operational planning
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the corporate space
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to make strategic decisions and solve problems effectively
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office Suite)
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor
- Must live within or near Sangotedo (Chevron/Ajah/Sangotedo areas preferred)
