Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager, located in Lagos. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure optimal efficiency, and maintain high standards of quality and customer service. The role includes scheduling, inventory management, implementing policies and procedures, and coordinating with other departments to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably within retail, ecommerce, or fitness equipment industries.
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in inventory management and quality control
- Ability to develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in the fitness industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in Digital marketing is a plus
key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations, ensuring efficiency in order processing, fulfillment, and customer support.
- Supervise and optimize inventory systems and logistics to ensure product availability and on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support lead generation, client relationships, and sales growth
- Oversees customer service processes and ensures a high standard of client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with digital marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns, manage online store operations, and support brand growth.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze trends, and implement improvements to drive profitability and efficiency.

Pay: ₦250,000.00 - ₦300,000.00 per month
