JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our growing menswear fashion business. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing internal teams, engaging clients, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring seamless workflow from consultation to final delivery.
KEY RESPONSI ILITIES
- Liaise with the production team, manage suppliers, vendors, and internal resources.
- Oversee client consultations, fittings, quality control, and final delivery.
- Stay up to date with fashion trends to maintain competitive advantage
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders on both creative and operational matters.
- Support the creative team with styling, photoshoots, and lookbook preparation.
- Ensure high attention to detail during all client interactions and production phases.
- Provide daily progress reports to the Creative Director and must be able to take initiatives.
- Uphold brand standards while maintaining operational excellence.
KEY REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATION:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a fashion business or similar creative industry.
- Background in Fashion Design or related field is an added advantage.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Time-conscious, proactive, honest, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Creative flair and passion for fashion/styling is a plus.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Must currently reside in the Lagos Mainland Metroplex.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₦200,000.00 - ₦300,000.00 per month
