Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
- Develop, implement, and optimise operational systems, processes, and best practices.
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (e.g., logistics, HR, finance, customer service) to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to maintain cost-efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management on operational performance and challenges. Lead, mentor, and evaluate team members to improve employee engagement and performance
