Work Hours: 8 am- 5 pm, 9 am-6 pm; Mondays- Fridays
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented retail Operations Manager will be responsible for leading all backend operations, overseeing inventory and logistics, streamlining workflows, and ensuring compliance and efficiency across multiple business units as the company transitions to a hybrid retail, aesthetic, and distribution model.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and manage comprehensive operational processes for the retail store, aesthetics clinic, and distribution office.
- Oversee all logistics, procurement, warehousing, and inventory control, including expiration management and regular stock audits.
- Build and optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for customer service, delivery systems, order fulfillment, and store operations.
- Work collaboratively with the IT department to implement and manage inventory and POS systems, ensuring real-time stock tracking across all channels.
- Coordinate with HR and the Managing Director to recruit, train, and manage the operations team, including store staff, cleaners, security, logistics personnel, and customer service representatives.
- Manage facilities, utilities, and maintain strong vendor relationships for the Lekki location, ensuring optimal operational environment.
- Ensure full regulatory and safety compliance across all retail, clinical, and warehouse zones, adhering to relevant industry standards (e.g., NAFDAC, health & safety).
- Support budgeting and financial planning initiatives in close collaboration with the Accountant and Managing Director.
- Demonstrate ability to build operational structures from the ground up, adapting to the evolving business model.
- Manage multi-unit operations, effectively overseeing the interplay between retail, clinic, and warehouse functions.
Qualifications and Professional Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations and related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in FMCG, beauty, retail, or healthcare.

General Conditions
- Remuneration: N700,000 monthly
