Our client is a unique interior decor brand, and they also celebrate locally sourced craft from Africa and beyond, offering interior design and Handmade products designed to enhance the spaces we live, work, and play. They are seeking to hire an Operations and Site Manager

As the Operations and Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing day-to-day site activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards. This role bridges the gap between design and execution, working closely with designers, vendors, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Execution & Site Management

● Manage and supervise all on-site activities across multiple interior design projects, ensuring smooth execution and compliance with safety and quality standards.

● Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and uphold project timelines.

● Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, labor teams, and vendors to ensure alignment with design specifications and deadlines.

Project Planning & Operations

● Oversee project planning, including resource allocation, scheduling, and budget management.

● Maintain comprehensive project documentation such as schedules, change orders, site logs, and vendor agreements.

● Manage procurement and logistics for materials, furnishings, and accessories to ensure timely delivery and inventory control.

● Implement operational systems and quality control processes to enhance efficiency and maintain design integrity.

Design & Client Coordination

● Collaborate with the design team, architects, and clients to translate design concepts into feasible execution plans.

● Provide insights on executional feasibility during the design phase to streamline project development.

● Liaise with clients throughout the project lifecycle, including site visits and updates, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction.

● Lead project handovers, including punch-list resolution and final client walkthroughs.

Vendor & Team Management

● Source and establish strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring quality standards and cost-effectiveness.

● Negotiate contracts, manage vendor performance, and oversee quality assurance for materials and services.

● Work with HR to recruit, onboard, and manage project teams, including contractors and subcontractors.

Administrative & Documentation Support

● Prepare and organize key project materials such as mood boards, invoices, and documentation to support design and operational execution.

● Develop and maintain clear communication between internal teams to ensure alignment across all phases of the project.

Qualifications & Skills

● Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

● 4+ years of experience in interior project management or operations, preferably in the design/build industry.

● Strong understanding of interior fit-outs, construction processes, materials, and vendor ecosystems.

● Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a proactive approach.

● Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.

● Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office; familiarity with design

software (AutoCAD, SketchUp) is a plus.

● Willingness to travel to sites and work flexible hours as required by project timelines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦500,000.00 - ₦550,000.00 per month
