Job Summary
The core responsibilities will include oversight for administration, transport, housekeeping, laundry services, portering and contractors. The ideal candidate must be capable of managing performance and outcomes across departments within their portfolio to ensure the school operates smoothly and efficiently, with a strong emphasis on Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) compliance and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Work Pattern & Location
Full-Time with primary office location in Lekki, Lagos.
Minimum Eligibility Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in hospitality, business, or facilities management.
- 10 years of experience in operations, facilities, or service delivery management.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within an international school or residential settings.
- Strong knowledge of HSE protocols.
- Proven experience in managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of HSE compliance and operational risk management.
- NEBOSH, IOSH, or similar HSE certification.
- Conflict resolution or negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication, administrative, and organisational skills.
- Strong leadership and people management across functional teams.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive issues with tact and professionalism.
- Deep understanding of customer service and presentation standards.
Salary & Benefits: Salary Range from N13,000,000 - N16,000,000 Annual Net (point on scale determined by skills, knowledge and experience). Benefits include Pension, Health Insurance, School Lunch, 13th Month, Fitness Centre Membership and Professional Development Opportunities.
