Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and tech-savvy Online Sales Executive to join our sales team. This role involves engaging with customers online, providing accurate product information, processing orders, managing transactions, and ensuring prompt delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact professionally with customers via online platforms (chat, email, social media, etc.)
- Provide timely and accurate product information to potential customers
- Process and track online orders through to successful delivery
- Handle payment transactions securely and efficiently
- Follow up on customer inquiries and convert leads to sales
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and promotions
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in online communication tools and e-commerce platforms
- Customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Familiarity with computer hardware and tech products is a strong advantage
- Must reside in or around Ikeja, Lagos
