Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently transport company staff to and from designated locations, including meetings, appointments, and events.
• Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle, ensuring it is regularly serviced and in proper working condition.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies while driving.
• Plan and organise routes to ensure timely arrival at destinations, considering traffic conditions and alternative routes when necessary.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanour at all times, providing excellent customer service to staff.
• Ensure staff's safety and security by adopting defensive driving techniques and remaining vigilant throughout the journey.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules, fuel consumption, and mileage records, reporting any issues or discrepancies to the appropriate authority.
• Coordinate with staff to manage their daily schedule and make adjustments as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding activities, conversations, and any sensitive information learned during the course of employment. Required

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years driving experience, preferably in the auto industry
  
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  
• Excellent knowledge of Abuja city routes and traffic laws
  
• Professional appearance and courteous communication
  
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles
  
• SSCE or equivalent minimum qualification
