About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Cloud Engineer to join our team at Data Network Infrastructures Limited. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure, scalable, and reliable cloud-based infrastructure to support the company’s networking and enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) to support business and client infrastructure needs.
- Implement and maintain cloud networking, storage, and compute resources to ensure optimal performance and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Network and Systems teams to integrate on-premises infrastructure with cloud-based platforms.
- Ensure cloud systems meet security, compliance, and data protection requirements.
- Monitor cloud environments and troubleshoot performance or availability issues.
- Automate infrastructure deployment and management using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and clients on cloud architecture and solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging cloud technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Cloud Engineer, Systems Engineer, or in a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong understanding of cloud networking, virtualization, storage, and security.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation tools.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of monitoring tools and cloud cost optimization strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Administrator, Google Cloud Engineer) are an added advantage.
