- We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to provide administrative support and maintain the overall organization and cleanliness of our office for immediate employment .
- This role involves a mix of administrative tasks, communication, and office maintenance.
Responsibilities
Clean and organize the office, including:
- Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures
- mopping floors
- Cleaning bathrooms and kitchen areas
- Restocking supplies and paper products
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
Greet clients and visitors:
- Provide general information and support to staff and clients.
Requirements
- Education:OND / SSCE
- Experience: 2+ years of Previous administrative experience preferred
Skills:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift light cleaning supplies and equipment
- Hard working and intelligent young person
- Must reside within Lekki Phase 1.
