Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Organizing and managing schedules and calendars for staff, managers, and senior-level officers
- Receiving and processing communication channels, including email, phone, and physical mail
- Assisting the human resources department with payroll and personnel databases
- Conferring with the accounting department to help make payments, process incoming invoices, and verify receipts
- Ensure functionality of necessary office equipment, and requisition new equipment and supplies as needed
- Support in conducting Quality Assurance checks of installations implemented and material accountability.
- Support in administering materials to field engineers.
- Requesting and picking up of materials from client’s warehouse.
- Creating reports and memos for managers and senior-level officers as needed
- Offer assistance in organizing events, including ordering materials and requisitioning meeting spaces
- Attend meetings and record notes and messages for managers and senior-level officers Visit clients with the support of managers and also represent the company when necessary to intimate them of the company’s new ideas and skills available
Requirements:
- The minimum academic qualification of an HND/BSC in business administration or business management is advantageous.
- Proven experience working in an office environment ( Minimum 2 years)
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Working knowledge of business management.
- The ability to multitask.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills. Exceptional customer service skills.
Location: Gbagada Phase1, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 80,000 - 120,000
