- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Montessori lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
- Create and maintain a prepared classroom environment that encourages independence, exploration, and creativity.
- Observe, record, and assess each child’s progress, providing feedback to parents and the school management.
- Guide students in developing practical life skills, social skills, and academic foundations in literacy, numeracy, and critical thinking.
- Incorporate Montessori materials and techniques to encourage hands-on learning.
- Ensure the safety, well-being, and emotional support of all children in the classroom.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to promote holistic child development.
- Organize classroom activities, events, and displays that enhance learning.
- Maintain discipline in accordance with school policies and Montessori principles.
