We are seeking passionate and experienced Preschool and Nursery Teachers to join our vibrant team.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons using the EYFS/Montessori approach
- Create a warm, caring, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and learning
- Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Prepare instructional resources and organize engaging classroom displays
- Assess and track pupils’ progress and provide feedback to parents
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver quality learning experiences
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children under your care
Requirements
- NCE / B.Ed / PGDE in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience teaching in a preschool or nursery setting
- Strong knowledge of phonics (Jolly Phonics preferred) and early reading strategies
- Familiarity with Montessori/EYFS methodology is an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills and love for working with children
- Energetic, creative, and patient personality
