Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for the Nigerian Country President based in Lagos, with some work from home flexibility. The Nigerian Country President will be responsible for leading the company’s operations in Nigeria, including strategic planning, business development, and managing relationships with key stakeholders. The role involves overseeing projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and driving the company's mission to advance digital transformation in Nigeria.
Qualifications
- Leadership and strategic planning skills
- Experience in business development and stakeholder management
- Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements (NDPR, AML/KYC)
- Ability to oversee large-scale projects and drive operational efficiency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with AI, OCR, and data annotation technologies
- Experience in the technology sector is beneficial Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; MBA is a plus
