Job Purpose
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Mid- Senior Wealth Manager to lead CredPal’s wealth and investment initiatives. This role will focus heavily on deposit mobilization, driving customer acquisition, retention, and deepening relationships with high-value clients to grow the company’s investment portfolio. The ideal candidate will combine financial expertise with exceptional leadership skills to scale CredPal’s wealth products and deliver sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Deposit Mobilization: Drive aggressive mobilization of deposits from retail, SME, and institutional clients to fund CredPal’s lending and investment activities.
- Product Strategy: Optimization of wealth management and investment products.
- Client Acquisition & Retention: Develop and execute strategies to acquire new high-net-worth clients and institutional investors while retaining and expanding existing relationships.
- Relationship Management: Build and manage strong relationships with clients, financial institutions, and strategic partners.
- Market Research: Monitor financial market trends and competitor offerings to position CredPal’s wealth solutions competitively.
- Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk policies in all wealth and investment activities.
- Revenue Growth: Develop strategies to grow assets under management (AUM) and increase recurring investment income.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and report progress to senior leadership.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, credit, and product teams to ensure wealth solutions meet customer needs and align with CredPal’s overall business objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field (MBA or relevant professional certification such as CFA is a plus).
- Minimum 5 years experience in wealth management, deposit mobilization, investment banking, or high-value client relationship management.
- Proven track record in achieving deposit mobilization and investment portfolio growth targets.
- Strong understanding of investment products, wealth advisory, and financial markets.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Strong negotiation, networking, and client relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools, and financial analytics software.
- High ethical standards and commitment to compliance and fiduciary responsibilities.

- Monthly deposit mobilization target achievement.
- Growth in Assets Under Management (AUM).
- Number of high-value clients acquired and retained.
- Wealth product revenue growth.
- Client satisfaction and retention rate.

Pay: ₦6,000,000.00 - ₦12,000,000.00 per year
