Job Summary
Seeking an experienced procurement professional to manage sourcing, contract negotiations, and procurement schedules in an MEP contracting environment. Must have 4–6 years’ experience, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency in ERP tools (Odoo is a plus).

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement and contracting activities, including pre-qualification, tender management, negotiation, and contract preparation
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure the best prices and services
- Analyze designs, prepare material schedules, and develop procurement schedules
- Foster key relationships with business stakeholders and strategic supply partners
Provide periodic reporting on purchasing, controls, and processes -
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in MEP contracting or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Social Sciences, or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Project
- Knowledge of ERP software, with Odoo experience being a plus
