Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Human Resource Volunteer, based on-site in Yenagoa. The Human Resource Volunteer will be responsible for day-to-day HR tasks, including HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management. This role involves direct interaction with staff to ensure a positive and productive workplace.
Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and on-site
• Experience in non-profit organizations is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
