Salary: ₦150,000 – ₦250,000+ monthly (performance-based)

SSGCoop (Startups Support Group Cooperative Multipurpose Society) is a fast-growing digital cooperative helping Nigerians shop smarter, earn from everyday spending, and access multiple income streams.
Role Summary
The Membership Activation Officer is the frontline ambassador of SSGCoop. You will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and activating new members across our three subsidiaries. Your success directly contributes to community growth and member empowerment.
Key Responsibilities
Physically and digitally reach out to potential members.
Guide them through registration and onboarding.
Assist with first-time purchases and community integration.
Promote SSGCoopMart’s commission system and shopping benefits.
Educate prospects on FMClub’s wealth-building model.
Advocate for SSGCoop Academy’s high-income skill programs.
Activation & Engagement
Ensure new members engage within 72 hours of joining.
Support members in understanding their earning potential.
Follow up to drive continuous participation.
Daily & Weekly Reporting
Maintain daily check-ins and submit weekly progress reports.
Track performance metrics, feedback, and member activity.
Qualifications & Requirements
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Basic understanding of digital tools (WhatsApp, Facebook, Telegram).
Passion for community building and financial empowerment.
Field marketing or sales experience is an added advantage.
