Job Title: Media Planner
Location: Remote (Lagos)

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Media Planner to join our growing team. If you’re strategic, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, multi-channel media environment, this role is for you. You’ll work across various platforms—search, social, programmatic, display, video, and OOH—developing and managing campaigns that deliver results .
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute media plans across multiple channels including search, social, programmatic, display, video, and out-of-home (OOH).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create client-ready decks and presentations.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on key KPIs.
- Manage billing, invoicing, and financial documentation with accuracy.
- Follow internal processes and protocols to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Translate data into actionable insights and clear reports.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients—both in writing and verbally.
- Bring a proactive mindset and critical thinking to problem-solving and planning
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in media planning across multiple channels.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with numbers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with billing and invoicing processes.
- Proficiency in building professional presentations and decks.
- High attention to detail and ability to follow established protocols.
- Proactive attitude with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
