Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketplace Operations Manager to join our team and drive excellence in seller and distributor engagement across key clusters in Aba. This role is pivotal in building a robust and efficient marketplace by managing seller onboarding, ensuring smooth order flow, and maintaining high-quality catalog standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Seller Onboarding: Recruit, onboard, and manage seller-side distributors across targeted clusters in Aba.
- Distributor Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with distributors and trade partners.
- Catalog Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date product listings and catalog information.
- Order Flow Tracking: Monitor and optimize end-to-end order processing and fulfillment.
- Coordination & Reporting: Maintain disciplined tracking and reporting of key operational metrics using Excel and project management tools.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in seller-side onboarding, marketplace coordination, or field sales.
- Proficiency in Excel and project coordination tools.
- Strong people management skills and a track record of working effectively with field distributors.
- Solid access to trade and distributor networks in Aba and surrounding regions.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in marketplace operations, FMCG field sales, supply chain operations, or trade/distributor management.
- A minimum of HND or B.Sc in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related fields.

Pay: ₦100,000.00 - ₦150,000.00 per month
