About the Role

We are looking for a creative, results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a flair for design, storytelling, and digital engagement, with the ability to produce high-quality marketing materials that align with our brand voice and objectives. This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing Specialist, in Nigeria with some work-from-home flexibility. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and driving sales efforts. The role includes day-to-day tasks such as developing marketing campaigns, managing customer service interactions, and enhancing communication channels. The specialist will also monitor marketing trends and analyze data to optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and create fliers, brochures, and other promotional materials.
• Develop engaging written, visual, and multimedia content for social media platforms.
• Plan, produce, and edit vlogs, video content, and voice-overs.
• Manage and optimize social media content calendars.
• Create and execute email marketing campaigns.
• Produce marketing copy and visuals for events, programs, and client engagement.
• Support brand consistency and ensure all materials align with organizational goals.
Collaborate with the Executive Director and other team members to implement marketing strategies.

Minimum Requirements

• Laptop and internet-enabled phone.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, or a related field.
• Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools.
• Strong storytelling and copywriting skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Creative, innovative, and detail-oriented approach to work.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Market Research and Sales
• Proficiency in developing and implementing Marketing Strategies
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Preferred Skills

• Experience in email marketing platforms and social media analytics.
• Knowledge of branding and marketing trends.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Work Type: Remote with occasional in-person requirements.
