We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Marketing Manager to lead the group’s marketing initiatives across all subsidiaries. The ideal candidate will design and implement effective marketing campaigns, build strong brand visibility, and drive customer engagement to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns for all subsidiaries of Numero Group.
- Build and maintain strong brand identities across different industries (real estate, retail, hospitality, wellness, and automotive).
- Manage digital marketing, social media, and online presence to engage customers and boost visibility.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Develop promotional materials, advertising campaigns, and corporate communications.
- Oversee public relations, media partnerships, and corporate events.
- Track and report marketing performance metrics (ROI, customer acquisition, retention, etc.).
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets.
- Lead, train, and mentor members of the marketing team.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
- Minimum of 5–7 years’ proven experience in marketing management, preferably in multi-sector businesses.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and customer engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM, and digital platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and diverse environment.
