Job Description:
Our client, a leading company in the production of phone accessories including power banks, earpods, and chargers, is looking to hire a dynamic and innovative Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of effective marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of brand positioning, product promotion, market penetration, and customer engagement, with operations based at the Alaba International office.
Key Responsibilities:
. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand visibility and market share.
. Drive campaigns to promote products across digital, retail, and B2B channels.
. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
. Work closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
. Manage social media presence, content creation, advertising, and PR initiatives.
. Build and maintain relationships with distributors, partners, and vendors.
. Track marketing performance metrics and prepare regular reports on ROI and KPIs.
. Oversee the development of promotional materials, campaigns, and marketing assets.
. Coordinate marketing efforts across other offices (e.g., Victoria Island) where necessary.
Requirements:
. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
. Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the FMCG, electronics, or manufacturing sector.
. Proven track record of designing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
. Strong digital marketing and branding expertise.
. Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
. Proficient in marketing tools, analytics platforms, and MS Office.
. Must reside around Alaba, Festac, Isolo, Ikotun, Egbeda or nearby areas.
