Job title: Marketing Executive — Digital & Onsite Marketing

About the role
We’re looking for a proactive Marketing Executive to plan and execute both digital and onsite marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, footfall, leads and sales. This is a hands-on role combining campaign management, content and analytics with event coordination, in-store activations and local partnership development.
Key responsibilities
Digital marketing
  • Plan, execute and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, display, paid search, retargeting).
  • Create and manage email marketing and marketing automation flows (segmentation, nurturing, A/B testing).
  • Produce or coordinate digital content (blogs, landing pages, videos, social creative) aligned to customer journeys.
  • Monitor and report on channel performance (traffic, conversions, CAC, ROI) and recommend optimizations.
  • Maintain website and landing pages (CMS updates, CRO best practices, analytics tagging).
  • Manage budgets for paid digital activity and liaise with external digital agencies/contractors.
Onsite marketing & events
  • Plan and deliver onsite activations including retail merchandising, POS materials, pop-ups, trade shows and community events.
  • Coordinate logistics for events: vendor selection, venue liaising, permits, staffing, inventory and post-event follow-up.
  • Work with store teams and local partners to implement promotions, visual merchandising and staff training.
  • Measure onsite performance (attendance, leads captured, sales uplift) and capture learnings for future activations.
  • Ensure brand standards and customer experience are consistently delivered at all onsite touchpoints.
Cross-functional coordination
  • Collaborate with sales, product, creative and operations teams to align marketing activities to business goals.
  • Manage relationships with external suppliers: agencies, printers, vendors and event organizers.
  • Maintain clear project plans and timelines; ensure materials, signage and collateral are produced to spec.
Reporting & continuous improvement
  • Prepare regular performance reports and present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Use data and customer feedback to iterate campaigns and onsite experiences.
  • Keep abreast of marketing trends, tools and best practices; propose new channels and tactics to improve results.
Required qualifications & experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
  • 2–5 years’ experience in marketing with demonstrable experience in both digital channels and onsite/event marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital metrics, analytics and paid media fundamentals.
  • Experience planning and executing events, retail activations, or field marketing initiatives.
Skills & competencies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; strong stakeholder management.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret analytics and turn insights into actions.
  • Project management skills and attention to detail; comfortable juggling multiple campaigns and events.
  • Creative thinker with practical execution skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; flexible and adaptable.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, basic SEO tools, CMS (WordPress, etc.), email platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp), and event/CRM systems preferred.
Performance indicators (examples)
  • Digital: website traffic growth, conversion rate, cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), email open/click rates.
  • Onsite: event attendance, leads captured, in-store footfall lift, sales uplift from promotions, partner engagement metrics.
  • Project delivery: on-time launch of campaigns and events, budget adherence, quality of execution.
