As we expand, we are looking for a results-driven Marketing Executive with a strong focus on driving sales and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns primarily focused on generating sales and revenue growth.
- Design and run digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, search, and other online channels to drive conversions.
- Create and manage promotional offers, sales campaigns, and partnerships to boost customer acquisition and retention.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, emerging trends, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and vendor teams to align marketing activities with business goals.
- Monitor, measure, and report on campaign performance with clear KPIs tied to sales outcomes.
- Manage brand communication, ensuring Wudify Africa is well-positioned in the market as a trusted and innovative e-commerce brand.
- Explore and implement offline activations (pop-ups, events, partnerships) where relevant to boost awareness and sales.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of proven experience in marketing, with a track record of driving sales in e-commerce, retail, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, and tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, Email Marketing, etc.).
- Creative thinker with the ability to design impactful campaigns that convert.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, data-driven, and result-oriented mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work setting and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Contract length: 12 months
Pay: ₦300,000.00 per month
