Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven MARKETING AND SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER to lead and execute the brand’s marketing strategy. You will play a key role in building brand awareness, growing our customer base, and driving sales across multiple channels including digital, retail, events, and PR. This role requires a deep understanding of fashion, consumer behavior, and the evolving media landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning & Brand Management
* Develop and implement integrated marketing plans and strategies aligned with brand vision and commercial goals.
* Ensure brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints.
* Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer insights, and competitive activity.
2. Campaign Development & Execution
* Plan, manage, and execute seasonal and product launch campaigns across digital, print, PR, and retail.
* Collaborate with internal creative teams and external agencies on campaign concepts and execution.
* Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize for future initiatives.
3. Digital Marketing & E-commerce Support
* Oversee social media strategy, content creation, paid advertising (Meta, Google, TikTok), influencer partnerships, and email marketing.
* Edit and enhance images and videos Using Adobe Photoshop (or similar software)
* Process newly arrived products,including creating tags and writing engaging product Description
* Maintain Brand Consistency across all visual content.
* Stay up-to-date with current fashion and social media trends.
* Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and content planning.
* Work on product drops, promotional strategies, and content calendars.
* Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.) to assess traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.
4. Events & Partnerships
* Organize and promote fashion shows, product launches, pop-ups, and brand activations.
* Develop strategic partnerships and collaborations with influencers, models, media, retail and wholesale partners.
5. Budgeting & Reporting
* Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation and ROI tracking.
* Prepare monthly reports and present key KPIs to management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Fashion merchandising, Communications, or related field.
**Minimum of 2-4 years' experience in marketing, preferably in the fashion, luxury, or lifestyle sectors.
Skills and Requirements:
Strong knowledge of branding, content creation and marketing, and digital advertising.
Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Tiktok,Meta Ads Manager, and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and email platforms etc.
Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
Passion for fashion and understanding Fashion Retail industry.
