Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the social media content calendar in coordination with the advertising agency.
- Identify key platforms to prioritize based on audience demographics and platform trends.
- Review and approve content and creatives to ensure brand consistency.
- Coordinate with the agency on paid ad campaigns, influencer collaborations, and engagement drives.
- Monitor all social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) for trends, engagement, and feedback.
- Manage community engagement: respond to comments, and queries, and escalate issues as needed.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rate, follower growth, click-through rate (CTR), and conversion.
- Generate monthly performance summaries and insights for senior management.
- Recommend adjustments to content mix and posting schedule based on analytics.
- Ensure brand voice, compliance, and reputation are maintained across all platforms.
- Assist in crisis communication and online reputation management. Stay updated with new tools, algorithms, and platform trends.
Requirements:
- Age between 25 to 30 years.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of hands-on social media experience (in-house or agency-side).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels, content strategy, and analytics.
- Experience working with design/content creation tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.) is an advantage.
- Familiar with scheduling & analytics tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite).
- Good coordination, communication, and copywriting skills.
- Strong sense of aesthetics, pop culture trends, and brand tonality.
