Role

Marketing (Experienced Marketer)—Full-time

Location: Akure, Ondo State (with regular connections to Lagos & Abuja)

Company: Glow FM 99.1—a fast-rising radio station with national ambition

Responsibilities

Drive brand visibility and high-value revenue for Glow 99.1 FM.

Build and maintain relationships with advertisers, agencies, and media buyers across Akure, Lagos, and Abuja.

Source leads, write proposals, pitch, and close advertising/sponsorship deals.

Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets with verifiable results.

Collaborate with programming, digital, and production to deliver campaigns end-to-end.

Prepare pipeline/weekly reports and represent the station at client meetings and industry events.

Qualifications

3–5 years of relevant marketing/sales experience with proven results.

Strong network in media buying, advertising agencies, and brand communications.

Excellent proposal writing, pitching, and revenue-generation skills.

Degree or relevant qualification in marketing, business administration, or a related field.

Track record of meeting/exceeding targets; self-driven and organized.
