Job Description/Requirements
Job Summary:
Handles routine repairs and maintenance of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems within the hospital facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Repair or replace broken or malfunctioning components.
- Work on HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and electrical circuits. Maintain logs of repairs and equipment status.

Qualifications:
- ND/NCE or Trade Test Certificate in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience. Hands-on technical skills in hospital or commercial building maintenance.

Salary Range: 100,000 - 150,000/month
Benefits: Accommodation, HMO, overtime allowance.
