Job Summary:
A premium Lounge & Bar in Lekki is seeking experienced Lounge Supervisors to oversee daily operations, manage floor staff, and ensure exceptional customer experience. Ideal candidates must have solid hospitality background with a strong focus on food and beverage services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily lounge operations
- Manage floor staff, ensuring professionalism and efficiency
Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness, inventory, and compliance with safety standards
- Handle customer complaints and special requests
- Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ hospitality experience (food & drinks focused)
- Previous team leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
- Availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
