Job Description/Requirements
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to support our sales team by building a predictable pipeline of qualified leads. If you're analytical, persistent, and skilled at outreach, this is your chance to join a fast-growing tech company and make a real impact.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients based on ICP (Ideal Customer Profile)
- Generate high-quality leads using platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, and other relevant sources
- Build and maintain prospect lists with accurate and up-to-date information
- Execute targeted multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, Upwork, etc.)
- Craft personalized messages and follow-ups to increase engagement and response rates
- Qualify leads according to predefined criteria and hand over to the sales team
- Track outreach activities and results in spreadsheets or CRM (if applicable) Continuously test and optimize outreach strategies to improve conversion rates
Requirements:
- Experience in IT outsourcing/outstaffing industries
- Proven experience with LinkedIn and email-based lead generation
- Excellent research skills and attention to detail
- Creativity and persistence in outreach and engagement strategies
- Strong written English (Advanced level)
- Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Nice to Have:
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.)
- Familiarity with email automation and scraping tools Understanding of MQL/SQL qualification processes
