Job Summary:
We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to gain hands-on experience in tech-driven sales and marketing.
Core Tasks:
- Use Apollo.io, LinkedIn, and other prospecting tools to build and manage lead lists
- Monitor and update lead trackers, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
- Assist with outreach campaigns by identifying and qualifying potential prospects
- Research target accounts and contacts to support personalized messaging
- Manage and organize lead data in Google Sheets for easy access and reporting
- Support the sales team with ad-hoc reporting and list segmentation Perform additional lead generation and admin-related tasks as assigned
Must-Haves:
- Less than 1 year of experience in lead generation, sales, or a related role
- Hands-on experience with Apollo.io and LinkedIn prospecting
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and research
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools quickly
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to deliver on deadlines and stay result-driven
- Proficiency with Google Sheets for basic reporting and list management Ability to work EST
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with Slack and Zoom for team collaboration Previous exposure to outbound sales or the SaaS/tech industry
