What You'll Work On:

• Design and build scalable backend services in Kotlin with Spring Boot

• Collaborate on architectural decisions and technical direction

• Optimize performance, security, and reliability

• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code

• Tackle challenging algorithmic and systems design problems
  

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Has 2–5+ years of backend development experience

• Is solid with Kotlin, Spring Boot, and REST APIs

• Understands software design principles and algorithms

• Writes clean, readable, and well-tested code

• Can work independently and own features end-to-end
  

Bonus Points:

• Experience with Node.js or JavaScript (for occasional full-stack collaboration)

• Familiarity with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB), message queues, and cloud platforms (AWS)
