- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline (MBA is a plus).
- 2+ years of experience in key account management, preferably in the mobile, telecom, or FMCG industry.
- Proven ability to manage multi-million-naira portfolios and drive growth.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Proficient in CRM software, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data reporting tools.

The Key Accounts Manager will lead account strategy, negotiations, execution, and performance management across multiple regions.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow revenue and market share across assigned key accounts.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers at major retail and distribution partners.
