Job Summary:
The IT Services Associate provides day-to-day technical support to staff, ensures the smooth running of computer systems, and assists in maintaining IT infrastructure and software. This role is critical in ensuring efficient IT operations to support the organisation’s financial service delivery and internal processes.
Location: Lekki Phase 1
Salary: N250,000 - N300,000
Work days: Mondays - Fridays || 8 AM - 5 PM
Work mode: Fully onsite
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users (hardware, software, network issues).
- Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Assist in the configuration and maintenance of company servers, networks, and IT security systems.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and backups across internal systems and tools.
- Support IT onboarding/offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
- Monitor and report system performance issues, recommending upgrades or fixes as needed.
- Ensure data security, software licensing, and IT compliance requirements are met.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and manage procurement of IT equipment and accessories.
- Assist in implementing system updates, patches, and backups.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors for software tools and external IT support.
- Document IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Windows and Mac OS, Microsoft Office, basic networking, and IT security practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace), ticketing systems, and antivirus software.
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
- Certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Azure Fundamentals are a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦250,000.00 - ₦300,000.00 per month
