Pathfinder Consulting is hiring an IT Security & Compliance Manager based in Nigeria. This person will secure our systems and digital content, manage compliance, and improve efficiency through automation. They will protect our apps and training materials, reduce security risks, and ensure only authorized users have access.
Main Responsibilities1. IT Security & Data Protection
- Protect apps, training materials, and company digital content from unauthorized sharing or piracy.
- Set up access controls and user permissions on apps, LMS, and content platforms.
- Monitor for breaches or leaks and take action when issues arise.
- Manage device, cloud, and SaaS platform security.
2. Compliance & Governance
- Ensure the company meets client, industry, and global compliance standards (GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC 2, etc.).
- Keep records ready for audits and client reviews.
- Train staff on compliance and safe handling of digital assets.
3. Automation & Process Improvement
- Find manual tasks across teams that can be automated.
- Use AI tools (e.g., Power Automate, Zapier, UiPath) to make processes faster and reduce errors.
- Connect CRM, HR, and learning systems for smoother workflows.
- Track and report efficiency gains from automation.
4. Support & Collaboration
- Work with operations, sales, and product teams to embed secure, efficient systems.
- Provide regular reports on risks, compliance, and automation.
- Manage IT vendors and automation partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- 4–6 years of IT security, compliance, or related work.
- Experience with protecting digital content and apps (DRM, licensing, or LMS security).
- Knowledge of security standards like NIST or ISO 27001.
- Hands-on use of automation/AI tools.
- Strong skills in cloud and SaaS security.
