Key Responsibilities:
- IT Infrastructure & Support:
o Manage and maintain all company IT hardware, software, and network systems.
o Provide timely and effective technical support to all employees.
o Implement and manage security protocols to protect company data and systems.
o Oversee IT procurement and manage vendor relationships.
o Develop and implement IT policies and best practices.
- Application Management:
o Manage the full lifecycle of all company applications, from deployment to maintenance and performance monitoring.
o Ensure all applications are secure, up-to-date, and meet business needs.
o Troubleshoot application issues and work with developers or vendors to resolve them.
o Evaluate and recommend new applications to improve operational efficiency.
- Online Media & Digital Presence:
o Manage the company’s website, ensuring it is current, secure, and user-friendly.
o Develop and execute strategies for social media and other digital platforms.
o Create and manage online content, including text, images, and videos.
o Monitor digital analytics to track performance and inform future strategies.
o Protect and enhance the company's online reputation.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT management, network administration, and technical support.
- Demonstrable experience managing company applications and digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, social media management, and website administration.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
