Job Title: Digital Media Account Manager (Process & Task-Oriented)

We are looking for a Digital Media Account Manager who thrives in organized environments and has a knack for managing technical advertising tasks with precision. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, consistency, and task execution with a high level of accuracy in a process-driven environment. It is not a creative role; rather, it is suited for someone analytical, patient, and attentive to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily administrative and operational execution of digital media campaigns.
- Monitor, track, and report on key campaign metrics such as CPM, CPC, CTR, and other performance indicators.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Manage and maintain structured workflows, recurring tasks, and standard operating procedures.
- Analyze and organize campaign data, generate reports using Excel or Google Sheets, and deliver timely bi-weekly and monthly client updates.
- Manage approvals and send proposals to ensure campaigns are cleared for launch.
- Update and track campaign budgets, ensuring alignment with media plans and actuals.
- Create pixel strategies for tracking website actions and conversions
- Implement pixel strategies directly within the CRM, ensuring proper setup and functionality
- Provide timely, professional responses to communication — this is a fast-paced role where responsiveness is critical. Support ad trafficking, campaign setup, and backend technical execution.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in digital media, advertising operations, or any related field.
- Strong understanding of performance metrics, ad operations, and campaign workflow (CPM, CPC, CTR, etc.).
- Highly organized, process-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in administrative work.
- Proven ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines without getting overwhelmed.
- Reliable power supply and high-speed internet connection (essential for remote work).
- Excellent communication skills with a habit of responding quickly and professionally.
- Tech-savvy and experienced with CRMs, tracking tools, digital platforms, and reporting dashboards.
- Patient, composed, and not easily flustered under pressure; someone who thrives in structure. A great fit for individuals who prefer execution, systems, and structure over creative or strategic work.
