Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Inspection Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting inspections of our properties and sites, ensuring and maintaining quality relationships with clients and consultants. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our real estate

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections for both clients and Realtors on schedule and as the need arise
- Prepare detailed inspection reports, highlighting any potential issues or concerns.
- Liaise with surveyors, site engineers, and vendors for smooth operations and construction.
- Conduct site allocation as scheduled.
- Engage with prospects and realtors selling the benefits of buying into the company's product.
- Close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Shoot and edit videos at least with a mobile phone. Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience
- BSc. Degree in a relevant course of study
