Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. This role involves engaging with potential and existing customers primarily via phone, email, and online channels to drive sales and support business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and a passion for achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively reach out to leads and prospects through calls, emails, and online platforms.
* Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
* Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
* Follow up on inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
* Generate and qualify leads through research and outbound calling.
* Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations online.
* Collaborate with the marketing and field sales teams to develop lead generation strategies.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Provide excellent customer service and follow up post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Stay informed on industry trends, products, and competitors.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or a similar customer-facing role.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong negotiation and closing skills.
* Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
* Proficient in MS Office and virtual communication tools.
