Job Description/Requirements
The Role
We are looking to hire seasoned professionals to that will maintain relationship with existing customers, source new prospects, manage their expectations, and maintain the sales relationship with both array of customers, while closing sales deals.
The core responsibility in this regard is on in-store merchandising of our clients’ products, ensuring products are available, well presented and all parameter of products displayed are met,
LOCATIONS:
- Lagos [Central, Mainland and Island]
- Ogun [Abeokuta, Otta and Shagamu]
- Osun [Oshogbo and Ife]
- Kwara [Offa and Ilorin] Oyo [Ibadan and Oyo]

What We Are Looking For
- A first degree (B.Sc) or its equivalent
- At least 3 years experience in an FMCG Industry
- NYSC Discharge Certificate
- Excellent communication skills
- Resident in the stated location
- Good knowledge of designated market Ability to speak local language

Responsibilities
- Identify the target market
- Maintain up-to-date information on the pricing and availability of goods
- Grow market share by ensuring assigned sales targets are met* Frequently meet with customers to discuss sales and new products
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the provision of superior services to the customers
- Provide market intelligence to stakeholders, identify product gaps and new business opportunities
- Develop sales proposals that speak to the customers’ needs, concerns, and objectives.Must ensure growth in sales area (City, Territory or Region) Must Provide proper supervision for the sales Representatives
