Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lessons in ICT and computer studies based on the school curriculum
- Teach students basic to advanced computer skills (typing, coding, MS Office, etc.)
- Prepare lesson plans, assess student performance, and track progress
- Manage computer lab activities and ensure proper use of ICT resources
- Stay updated with current trends in technology and integrate them into teaching
- Support staff and students with technical issues where necessary Contribute to ICT-related extracurricular programs and projects
Requirements:
- N.C.E in Computer Science, ICT, or a related field (B.Ed/BSc/PGDE is a plus)
- TRCN certification (or in progress) is an added advantage
- Teaching experience preferably in a school setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, basic programming etc.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Ability to explain technical topics in a simple and relatable way
- Passion for teaching and inspiring digital confidence in students
