The long-awaited GLOBAL COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROJECT 2025-2030 is here! As an Ambassador, you will be a vital part of this groundbreaking initiative, which includes hosting 30 - 100 days of live practical skills training and mass production for Christmas festival season sales in Lagos, Abuja, and Port-Harcourt.
During this training, trainees will learn valuable skills in making:
- Sneakers
- Wedge shoes
- Bags and hand luggages
- Loafers
- Apparel and fashion accessories
The funds realized from this training will be used to support the organization's project and champion the activities of helping the less privileged in the community. All the finished goods will be sold to the public at affordable prices through national market, online platform Amazon, Konga, Jumia and export
Trainee Benefits
To support their mission, all trainees will be provided with:
- Accommodation
- Breakfast and lunch
- CAC registration
- A Federal Trade Test Certificate of Competence, which can also be used for seeking employment with any government or non-governmental organization within and outside Nigeria.
A monthly salary of ₦30,000 earned through products sold
- Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree is the minimum requirement. A degree in Project Management, Business Administration, International Development, or Social Sciences is highly preferred. A Master's degree is a significant advantage.
Professional Experience:
A minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
Proven experience in project management, particularly in the non-profit or humanitarian sector.
Experience in personnel management, including hiring, training, and supervising staff.
A track record of success in community development or humanitarian projects.
Essential Skills:
Leadership and Strategic Planning: The ability to set a vision and guide a team to achieve it.
Financial Management: Proven skills in budgeting, fundraising, and financial oversight.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting, public speaking, and community relations.
Logistics and Operations: Experience in organizing and managing complex projects, especially across multiple locations.
Problem-Solving: The ability to think critically and adapt to challenges on the ground.
Your Leadership Role as Ambassador
As a representative Ambassador, you will direct the affairs of the project and be in charge of all activities. All employees will be hired by your directive from within your community to actively work with you to ensure the success of the program.
Upon completion of the Ambassador role, you will receive our International Award and Certificate of Competence.
